My name is Kevin McAfee and I’ve been tuning and repairing pianos in Austin for 15 years. Tuning pianos has served as a special vehicle for connecting with the world over the years, so much so that I wrote a book about it.
I’ve been blessed to be able to share music in a way that allows me to earn a living alongside my real estate business in central Texas.
As a human being I know that music transcends every degree of separation imaginable, and as a musician, I know that a well-tuned piano is infinitely more inspiring to play than a piano that hasn’t been tuned in years.
Most pianos can be tuned regardless of any lack of maintenance, and as a well-trained and highly skilled piano technician, I leave pianos sounding optimal and clients inspired to play.
